Do you want a tropical vacation but can’t seem to escape the office, or even have enough monies or time to go? Indulge in this beauty, and in your mind, it’ll take you there.

Time: Preparation: 5 minutes


  • 1/2 cup of pineapple
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 of a frozen medium-sized banana
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup of canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of ice (or to taste)


  1. In a blender, blend all of the ingredients together, pour into 2 glasses, and ENJOY!
